In Minangkabau, West Sumatra, Merantau is a tradition that must be executed every boy. Yuda (Iko Uwais), Tiger fighters reliable, in final preparations to launch perantauannya. He must leave his family, beloved mother, Wulan (Christine Hakim), and udanya, Yayan (Donny Alam), comfort and beauty of his hometown, and make a name for himself in keserabutan city.
Fate brings Yuda with an orphan Aditya (Joseph Aulia) and her sister, Astri (Sisca Jessica), who will become victims of illegal human trafficking organizations.
Organinsasi who treats people like this stuff, headed by a European callous, Ratger (Mads Koudal) and his right hand Luc (Laurent Buson).
